Is Tony Bennett right for me?
I’m working on finding exactly the right song or music for a promotional video announcing a new arts series at the theater. I need something that my 55+ year old core group of season ticket holders will identify with and love.
The brilliant artist who put the video together selected a really great indie song that had me dancing in my rigid office chair. I loved it. But the grey hairs won’t get it.
Is Tony Bennett upbeat enough? “Steppin’ Out With My Baby” is pretty good. Who else is classic and upbeat? I tried some Sinatra, some “New York, New York” but….hmmmm.
